Guess you don't factor in warm bodies, and people who are only days or weeks at most from quitting. Other players who will ragequit over loot when they don't get what they want(sky bow, ragnaros etc). Nihilum had 60 on some raids, but those times were generally when we had an influx of warmbody players on combined with new recruits. Nothing can be done until its either trimmed purposely or wait and people cut themselves out of the picture. And you very well don't want to be kicking out some level 50-55 player that could be your next core member 24/7 neckbeard dps/healer/whatever.

Most of the people in holo probably know who the power players are by now, And can spot the up and comers who are attending a majority of raids and not just the ones who show up once a week on repop day, or login semi casual and attend whatever is going on.

I took a break from EQ for several months, but sometimes play here and there with some RL buds. I have been away playing Diablo III RoS Seasonal Hardcore. I just read this entire thread and wow. I am not sure when I will want to start playing regularly again, but a lot of things of happened in my absence. It's good to see some of the people I really like are still playing. I personally do not like to be involved in the politics of the server, but I am glad I am up to date on what is going on. I have been leveling my alt lately. I am starting to get back into it again.
