Both servers need players, so it's honestly a brilliant decision. Most blue players have a strong enough aversion to red that they'll funnel into the beta, where they are needed. If it works out to increase red population as a side effect, that's only a good thing for the health of our servers.

GMs know red is dying/dead so this is the best way they can think to get players on there(by forcing them for a weekend lol).
