Help Fix this please

Yeah so this is a bit ridiculous , I even donated monthly and this 25+ attempts to log in every night is outlandish. I cant even get past the character select screen. I feel like this is not going to ever get fixed. Do we have to private petition? Any help or suggestions would be great...
