https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=185566 As a tank, you're going to fall below 20% HP pretty regularly. Do read above for what I think is a good treatment of the statistic. Also keep in mind, most mid-high level melee gear will throw stacks of +9 Agility at you like nobody's business.
