While outside, bards will generally pull because they are the fastest class and people want fast pulls. When I played my ranger if I was grouping outside I would be the puller b/c of track/sow/bow. It was incredibly easy and fast to pull.
You can run super fast and mez on inc if you need to = good fast pulls outside. | ||

I always prefer rangers to pull if I am not pulling, because of harmony, snare and root. Same thing goes for a bard unless we've someone else to pull, because without a chanter I'll need to spend some time on my bum whether I am pulling or they are. It's better that I spend that time sitting while they are grabbing another mob than holding up the show before going to get another myself ^^
