All of these are off level 50 dragons in Western Wastes (a zone which you need a Skyshrine key to reach), all of which are no drop, semi-uncommon (not 100% drops), and the best (6s) will be camped for awhile.

NoS won't be the 30k it is. But it remains a solid tradeable/twinkable option

You guys are funny. First off Skyshrine key for WW??? Secondly, those dragons are jokes. NoS will be a twink item and probably a more pricey one, but 25K, nope. Unless you are thinking there will just be a mass influx of plat and everything gets super inflated.

There are a ton of talismans even outside of the quest piece ones and those dragons are going to be getting killed like clockwork, (think SoS). That isn't even counting other neck items that will be added to the game. 5+ talismans are better than NoS and 4+ will make it not worth it for a lot of people to pay 25K for the small difference.

I am gonna be nice and not argue bc no one actually knows what will happen with prices etc

however NoS will not become an item people give away bc of +3 and +4 necks that will be a hassle to get on peoples lowbie alts

I'm assuming you forgot about the Tooth of XX requirement to be ported in Velious.

WW has one access point, Siren's Grotto
SG has one access point, Cobalt Scar
CS has two access points. Skyshrine (requiring the key) and Ports. (Well 3 but PoMischief doesn't count)

To be ported to CS however you need to have a Tooth of Cobalt Scar on your person (this is a soulbound ground spawn item, located in the CS portal ring). Meaning to get ported to CS you must first run there on foot and collect this item.

In summary - First few weeks, when the Quest NPC for the key is being killed every 20minutes and people are handing off the camp trying to block others from accessing these zones, not many will be around WW.

I don't doubt NoS will drop. But it will retain its value as a twink item. Plus there are SO many 60 mains and Alts who will be jumping over each other trying to get the dragon talismans. It will take many months for it to calm down. And for the 6s it will probably take longer. Expect a BDA Tranix strategy to be employed on some of the 6 dragons.
