Name/Surname Change: Name changes are only for those with names that are in direct violation of the server's naming policy, and some other extreme circumstances. Final naming is up to GM discretion. Surname changes should be petitioned in-game, as you need to be online for us to do it.
If no CSR is on at the time I think they will get to ya as soon as they log on.
