On P99 we killed 2 Flurry drakes and 2 trash mobs (-120 CoV), this dropped some people from Ally to Amiable. That should not happen, most of the time you shouldn't even drop out of Ally, at a max Warmly.

If the faction values could be revised to match the live values that would be fantastic!

Just to clarify, all of the -50 faction drakes listed as "Flurry Drakes" are dragon guards, I would assume this is why they give a larger faction hit than other drakes.

One could assume that all non guards, and non hatchling trash would be the same -10 CoV, would need to get numbers on a normal drake, and wurm to be sure though.

So it looks to me like...

WToV trash/central ToV trash is a -10 CoV, -2 Yelinak, +5 Kromzek

Some Named Drakes in NToV are -10 CoV and some amount of Guardians of Veeshan (this faction is irrelevant since everyone is KoS).

Some Named Drakes in NToV are -50 CoV and GoV

It looks to me like the static level 60 Drakes are the ones giving the -50 hits and the roaming level 65/66 drakes are giving the -10 hits. I'd say that's a safe way to code it, but aren't those roaming level 65/66 drakes not supposed to be in game during our timeline?

Named Dragon bosses in NToV are -500.

I agree, I'd tend to think Yelinak was intended to be a +750/-1500 faction hit mob but the 0's were lost at some point.

Whether it's classic or a new change on live, is anyone's guess. Perhaps we can chalk it up to the Skyshrine 2.0 change that happened after Sleeper was awakened and classic should be the standard city leader +750/-1500 amounts.

Everything I'm reading regarding raising KT mentions that "Dain, his royals and yelinak" and head turn ins to bvellos are basically the necessities to raise it quickly. Im not seeing anything that reinforces the fact that a Yelinak kill is a fraction of the hit of a Dain kill, and it makes sense considering the lore. Here's a little comment that reinforces:

There's three other factions, King Tormax, Lord Yelinak and Dain Frostreaver IV. They are the leaders of the giants, dragons and dwarves, respectively.

Kromzek deaths raise Dain faction and lower Tormax faction, Coldain deaths do the opposite.

Killing Tormax will raise your Yelinak and Dain faction,

killing Dain will raise Tormax faction but do nothing for Yelinak, and

killing Yelinak will raise Tormax faction but do nothing for Coldain.

Looks like there is a standard value for WToV/Central trash, NToV Trash/66 Luclin Flurry drakes, 60 static drakes and named.

For the community at large, some values to be gathered that I haven't managed yet:

Statue of Rallos Zek - I think this guy should be a +500/-1000 hit but I'm not positive and I can't find him up

Avatar of War - I have the +500 hit but I don't have the - hit because I was max KoS to Giants. So to get this information you would need to be friendly with Giants enough to take a -1000 or -1500 hit and it to show in full.

WToV Dragons, I would assume they are the same as NToV bosses with a -500 CoV with their hit amount but I'm not sure. The -Yelinak and +Kromzek I've got no idea though. Lendi / Gozzrem and Telk all could use a killing. I'm assuming they're identical but you never know.

Beyond this, gathering some trash hits from Kael or more from ToV would be good. The typical faction quests that haven't been confirmed yet are also good (check Allakhazam and see if faction values have been posted yet) *** reminder the Skyshrine on live is different than today's, you can't really do those faction quests with the same reliability anymore.
