Shouldn't drop at all.

Expect next patch to change its level to 255 to prevent players from casting it until it was properly added during the timeline.

Canni 4 drops off any named that can drop level 58 spells for any class, not just Velk.

It is not as game changing as torpor. It will not be as rare (ie not a 60 spell).

afaik, no dev has commented on removing it. If i had to guess, it will stay in game

i've seen two canni4s in EC personally, and kept an eye on them. one sold for 70 and other for 50k. it's a good spell, but i think most people don't realize the cast time is much longer, defniitely surprised and disappointed me when i logged on beta.

I'd pay 60K right now for canni4 if someone wanted to sell it to me for that.
