Default Full Screen Mode

Having trouble getting the full screen mode to work. While in game, I turned it on through options. But as soon as i click anywhere it minimizes to small screen. Any Idea how?
Also, I am missing my backstab skill

ok, the trick is.....you switch to full screen mode then before clicking anywhere, (try to have your video mode button in the middle somewhere). ok so you click the full screen button then you want to switch your video mode to something else like 1780/1020 or whatever(it doesn't matter as long as you can see your resolution box) then just hit the cancle button on the box that pops up and says something like "do you like this resolution"
, that will set fullscreen to work correctly. It does it for me

I always fixed this problem by doing the following:

1) While in windowed mode, switch your resolution to the desired resolution (preferably the size of your desktop resolution, or bigger).
2) Position the window so that it covers the entire screen.
3) Switch to fullscreen.

For some reason, if I were to click in any area where the window wasn't present, my program would minimize.

I guess that the client keeps track of where it is on the screen, and doesn't overwrite some value when switched to full screen.

I haven't tried what Aggressor posted. Sounds like it could work.
