Download WinEQ and it should work.

If it still isn't working, what worked for me was to go into options->display->video modes and set my resolution to the native desktop resolution. Sometimes it defaults to something funky, or the options menu before you log in won't have a full list of resolutions (the in-game menu will have more options for you to choose from).
