DI+DB (aka melee damage) is/was widely available. Triple/quad capabilities (and rates) and attack speed information was also available. Same thing with health. ATK vs AC and resists are a lot more difficult to gauge.
It shouldn't come as a surprise (it's been stated) that Project1999 Velious was designed with a much more intelligent base in mind.
