From a solo standpoint, I did the majority of the pieces somewhere in my low to mid 40s. For the CT portion 2 guildmates came to help slaughter the lizards.

High 20s to mid-30s is entirely doable, even easier if you're in a leveling guild. The hardest part is greaves (Permafrost) and helm (CT). Greaves are worth the trouble, the helm I'd suggest looking for another armor piece (skull-shaped barbute) unless you just want to be a blueberry [You must be logged in to view images.
