Why are you guys playing here if you no longer like the server? No one is forcing you to do so, and there are other servers for us who prefer to have more content than classic - Velious.

There is no server that I'm aware of that has gone through this level of recreation of classic. Playing a progression server is no classic EQ at all.

Additionally there aren't any real examples of a PoP era server that has been recreated.

There really aren't as many options as some people would like to think. You can play modern MMOs, but this is one of the only servers I'm aware of where you can actually play an old non-modernized MMO. The other is simply trying to be even more classic pure than this -- to the point of bringing back the shit UI etc..no thanks. This is classic enough for me.

You are correct that no other server shares Haynars interpretation of classic EQ in terms of content and especially the custom rules, but there are at least 2 other servers that are going towards PoP recreating Al Kabor which was PoP locked and tons of fun!
