2x SOS will be better and cheaper until 34 when the Ac becomes a bit better. I wouldn't bother picking up an AC until it starts proc'ing though unless you just have extra cash that you want to spend ^^

Assuming because of the wpn dmg bonus pushing the faster weapon a hair over the superior dmg/delay ratio? Thx!

Yep ^^ and it improves as dmg bonus increases with level.
