Part of two quests, you hand in for your rogue epic, but you also kill him for his head (which he doesnt always drop) as part of the redo on your epic...which allows you to finish questing the high elf illusion mask.

Hits like a freight train and brings friends, pre-Velious he wasn't an easy kill because of that... gear upgrades probably made the encounter easier now but not sure if any guilds still do it for their rogues.
