Some quick suggestions:
- Mistmoore lute and drum will last you a long time and are cheap or you can farm them
- For brass you can use Horn (20) or buy a Conch Shell Horn (21), but the rest get pricey.
- Wind mods don't really matter here, you just need one so you can invis yourself. Buy a bunch of flutes and bank them so you can invis if you die.
