Op class has no stuns, no hp buffs, no runes, no mr debuff. Canni is nearly useless without hp pool to make use of ch or any form of regen. Charming would be nearly impossible except with lots of space and no summoners.

Did you mean up to velious or up through velious?

I'd do something like ogre (always ogre for stun immune and being a female ogre... maybe an iksar though for regen) cleric (I'd always go cleric for the best defensive skills of casters I guess?) 25 wis, aoe Tash, malo, best slow, torpor, aego, feign death, best lich, fetter, mage epic and play like a shaman. Lacking a haste ... Maybe dump tash for vog? Maybe try to put in lifetap dot instead of something?

Or a wiz/necro hybrid with mage epic. A nuke or two, lich, aego, both fd spells, vexing mordinia, malo, something like that.

Or uber group cleric with dl, torpor, ch, aego, lich, canni, a lifetap. Literally never sit to med, just heals all over and damage when no one needs heals and Mana for days? Lol.

Or a basically just a chanter in terms of CC but with mage epic. Malo, best slow, torpor or ch, ae mez, c2, potg, vog, fd, mage epic.
