It's not about needing more prep time to take out a mob, it's about dumb luck of being slightly closer to a spawn. Losing a Peggy would suck but the named mobs on the cycle are far more rare and have much worse drop rates making it that much douchier.
And its one thing to snag a peggy cos it pops on you and another to see that people are trying to spawn her and sit around waiting to snag the results of an others hard work and another when you refuse to leave and continue to attempt to capitalize off other peoples work and coordination.
That is actively being a douche.
