I doubt this - are you certain? Seems odd to have a zone with a boat in it have a level restriction.

I tried to bring a level 1 human monk to Dalnir for the monk set and I was unable to zone into OT. I had to get an invis and go through Cabilis instead. I petitioned and was told about the level 6 restriction.

That is odd. I do not recall level restrictions being added to outdoor Kunark zones on live. I had run an elf to FoB after Kunark xpac dropped.

I wonder what the rationale is for the level 6 restriction.
