Any physical therapy needed for your recovery?

2200 lbs of grain milled today and 1200 lbs of kegs, 75 to 165 lbs a piece on average, palletized.

wow, that's a lottagrain. i dunno about physical therapy, i don't want to pay for another doctor visit and it seems to be getting better all On its own. Still swells some of i don't keep it elevated for part of the day, butt i can walk on it without a brace and it's only a little tender now ^^
