the character is being player by stiffsocks an apex member. But it's labeled outertrain. This player should be banned from the server for trying to manipulate the staff.
Staff can tell who it truly was by IP logins, and they don’t “pull the trigger” in a situation like this without verifying that first. So if it wasn’t you then you have nothing to worry about.
