Default Standard Mob Damage

Applying to all(?) non-epic quest related Kunark and old zone npc, is the formula (Level+1)*2 up to level 26, then (Level-26)*4+52 up to level 52, then (Level-26)*4+53 up to level 57?
For example:
Level 1 - 4 damage
Level 2- 6 damage
Level 3 - 8 damage
Level 26 - 54 damage (cross over point, can refer to Unrest npcs)
Level 27 - 56 damage (cross over point, can refer to Unrest npcs)
Level 33 - 80 damage (lowest level hill giant and spectre)
Level 37 - 96 damage (highest level hill giant and spectre)
Level 45 - 128 damage (stone spider)
Level 51 - 152 damage (lowest level of summoning mobs)
Level 53 - 161 damage (Phinigel Autropos)
Level 57 - 177 damage (Sebilite Juggernauts, a lot of named in Chardok revamp were fixed at level 57 and were hitting for 177, at least in the beginning)

Any info on higher level mobs? The two OT guards level 58 and 59, Tolapumj, Emperor, I believe Emperor and ancient wyverns are level 60 and hit for 220s but I don't have exact figure

Some exceptions:
Cazic Thule/Innorruk/Lord Nagafen/Lady Vox (originally all level 55) - all hit in mid 350s, I believe the figure was 356
Priest of Discord
Maestro of Rancor/Dracoliche - Were they originally level 53, and were hitting in low 200s?
City guards - Were they level 45 hitting 140s, and later upgrade to level 50 hitting 177?
Guild Masters - Were they level 50 hitting ???s, and later upgrade to level 61 hitting 356?
Guardian wurms - 530 damage

Please correct me on wrong information, and provide any additional information if needed.

Damage is calculated by DB+DI*(1-20). It has nothing to do with level, just a lot of mobs have the same DB/DI

DB=Damage bonus?
DI=?
I am talking about max damage figure that particular mob can make though.
For example, you will never see a level 37 hill giant hit for anything higher than 96

Ok thanks, yes, I am looking for max damage hit figure a mob can make, not dps calculation, and the figures seem to be fixed by mob levels except some special encounters

DI is damage interval. Mobs can only hit for 20 different values. DI is the difference between each hit. Max hit is DB+DI*20

You can calculate the DB/DI if you know the min/max hit or if you just know what interval mobs hit in then the DB is min hit-DI

Ah I see, thank you, so yes I think the game still standardized the DB and DI figure by level on most mobs
