I'd imagine it's a weird sensation but probably depends on situation, like are you both hard? Can you poke the coin purse? Can you sheath your sword in his foreskin?

Remember back when people used to bring computers to Best Buy cause it kept locking up or crashing? Well our best friend wanted us to unhook his PC so he could bring it in after work. So before we did we wanted to set his desktop wallpaper to something embarrassing, so we browsed some gay porn and put on a picture of two guys standing face to face, each hard with slightly curved and identically sized dicks. It looked like their dicks were hugging, and they were like, completely identical dicks. Guys had different faces, but its like the dicks came from the same father or something. Was so bizarre. We laughed our ass off and left it up on the screen around the apartment for a while and we busted out laughing each time we saw it again.

The thing was, the dick hugging was super hypnotic. Here was 3 straight guys, and we kept busting each other sneaking these quick glances to the hugging twin dicks. We all found ourselves drawn to it's magnetism. I mean, if these dicks committed a criminal act and you made a line up of guys and had them stick their willy through a wooden fence hole to be identified, you couldn't tell the 2 apart. It was some David Copperfield shit.

To this day, I'm convinced that "The Painting" everyone is obsessed with in RocknRolla but you never see, is that very image of these siamese dicks, gently resting against one another much like a snuggling family of otters.

So to answer your question, perhaps there is no sword fighting at all, just a nestling together of smooth and occasionally pulsating skin . Eventually, when release is desired, you do a Rocks-Paper-Scissors, and the loser grabs a hold of both dicks simultaneously and attempts to get both off at the same time. Tradition states that as this feat is achieved, both must cry out in unison, "BOOK NOT UP!".
