alright so non-dairy frozen dessert product is absolutely not ice cream, it was ok but I feel cheated and paid extra for the privilege.

2770 calories, so thats far less than a pound, but the 5g of salt probably has a little more to do with it. Also, I read that for every 1g of carbs you store as fat, you keep 3g of water. So ~300g carbs = 900g H20 = +2 lbs on top of the extra H20 retention from a multiday dose of NaCl. I drank like 40oz of water when I woke up that morning. +Weight of an entire pizza moving through GI tract probably accounts for all 6 lbs.

~2 lbs from carbs
~1.5 lbs weight of food (estimated)
~1.5 lbs water retention from hypertension diet (estimated)


Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go purchase some Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia. Should I go for the lactose free one, for reasons, or just do the regular milk?
