Right-click spell memorization

So uh, what file is it that blocks the ability to right-click memorize a spell directly from the gems? I've been playing on some non-p99 servers, installed their patches (overwriting spells_us etc) but I'm still not able to right-click memorize spells after playing here.

I'm fairly certain it's the spellfile.

Correct its the spells_us.txt file.
