I think it will be about 2 weeks. Once people start farming guards and grouping for areas where FS weapons drop we will have tons of folks with 2k+ up and thus there will begin to be a market for expensive JC stuff as well as enchanters who can afford to be JCs. As spells are super expensive, I dont see most enchanters investing much into JC at first, though several JC items are close to BIS for some classes.

TL;DR probably before thanksgiving.
