How well can Ranger solo if twinked well?

It's not about downtime, it's about how long it takes you to kill a mob. And by the time you have those items, you've already done a big portion of your leveling.

OH i disagree. If your killing things in 1 min and then have to sit for 5+ , is that really any more effective as killing things in 5 min and maybe 2 min downtime an hour to resummon arrows? Granted unless your a mage, it is always gonna be more effective to group but to say a ranger can not solo efectivly via bow kiting is somewhat flawed.

Ive had that bow sence i was lvl 43. it only takes invis and luck to get it on this server as we have so few rangers post 50 onthe server .
If your going to solo as a ranger, you gotta be selective and smart in what your killing, IE low HP/ Hi Zem areas, dont melee stuff thats gonna make you heal too much, and use every tool that the game gives you.

lower lvls. get the root swords. melee till it procs and back out. dot/ bow repete. just because you can tank doesnt mean you should .

In the time it takes for me to get a blue while soloing with bowkiting (hours), I could have gotten 2-3 blues in a good Chardok or Seb group of similarly-leveled players. And at the rate you get XP post 50, you'll want to slit your wrists. I won't even talk about hell level 54, let alone 59.

Can you solo with archery? Yes.

Will you have the patience to solo with archery? Debatable. :P

I soloed to 50 easy in full banded and quick but I played rng 4 ever 15 playd days to fifty

There is some fact in this... Jen died the least of all actively raiding rangers on the server.







Because she was AFK sleeping during most raids.
