Unable to open toolbars 2, 3 or 4
I have mapped the toggle toolbars in settings for toolbars 2-4 but using those keys has no noticeable effect in the UI. When I use the toggle for toolbar 1 it works as expected. I’ve been running in the classic 1 UI (the one with the dark stone like textures) but I have tried them in all of the default UI’s and duxa’s with no results.
I just came back to the game after being away for awhile so this was on a new installation but I didn’t used to have this issue. Any help is appreciated.

These were removed as they aren't classic:

If it helps, you can map shift + # keys to the different pages of the hotbar. So, when I want a button I know is on hotbar 3, I just hit shift + 3, the hotbutton I want, then shift + 1 to go back. <Shift 3, 4, Shift 1> for example.

On green is this why we're stuck with the transparent black windows? I much prefer the classic black "default_old" or actual classic blue stone.

Yes, the UI on green is locked to that currently. It's their best-effort attempt to recreate the "transparent" UI that was available in addition to the stone-textured one. Some people are still working on bringing back the stone-textured one, but alas it's not fully implemented yet.
If you have a hard time seeing text in the windows right-click them and choose the "texture" toggle and then define a color. You can also set the alpha for faded to something like 50% so then you can still see through them but can move your mouse cursor over the window and it'll solidify and become easier to read. -Mcoy

Appreciate the feedback, thanks! I'll give the texture trick a try.
