AG runs Freedom, even though Freedom does not realize it yet. They obviously think AG is predominately warm bodies, but they know they would be out in the cold without that warmth. They obviously joined forces with AG to (a) help themselves, but (b) to also help themselves. They want AG to fight amongst themselves and lose members so they can swallow them up.
