well the statue pull in question was on 3/4, 4 days before this post, and the riot petition alleged a stall rather than the debuff as the violation iirc, so /shrug. kind of seemed like both guilds were taken a little bit by surprise by this.

I'm referencing the fact that this was established before we petitioned, not necessarily before the occurrence. We offered to work this out with Riot to avoid both guilds getting suspended. They opted for scorched earth. At this point "it is what it is." 7 day suspension from Kael sucks. Learn a lesson and move on I guess.
