ah took me a while to find the correct thread. Someone posted the yada yada about fesh and dagarn. Well plz don't leave out the entirety of content when trying to form your narratives.

It was called in ooc what target was. You guys know this. We know this. no use rehashing about it. but you always leave off some snippet that doesn't fortify what you want to happen. concessions/bans/suspensions etc. There at the end kwsm bageljuice implies that you guys would already be willing to accept in rarer situations that bypassing one raid mob for another is acceptable. Before we go on some KT/CT double fte thing where you try to say this or that. This previous issue is specifically targetted to raid mobs in the same zone. Just read it slowly.
Yeah it's at the end of his entire statement.
The server rules are pretty clear though

The only acknowledged exceptions are "obviously accidental" such as FTEing Cekenar while Sevelak is up, because it's impossible not to, or a lone rogue wandering out for SoW while their guild is on Aary and doesn't know LTK is up and FTEs it.

Apparently a guild can decide for themselves what constitutes "obviously accidental" at their convenience now though. My guess is if you can bring 100 people to fesh and stand on top of him with a raid force, you can have a lone zoner catch a pathing CT fte. YMMV.
