NPC Spawn Issue: Venril Sathir Remains not spawning?

Is this still messed up?

It was my understanding that VSR would only spawn once after a natural VS for the first month or so after VSR was implemented. After the next patch - which would be happening in November for p99 Green - he then begins his 6-7 hour spawn cycle after any natural or spawned VS kill (but would still depop on a natural VS spawn).

Every time I sign in, I see the same 7-8 people tracking VSR outside of VS window - so I am assuming it's still behaving oddly.

So this leads me to believe it's one of a few things:

1. The revised timer hasn't been implemented yet and VSR is just spawning in off-hours
2. Something is bugged
3. Some griefer is popping VSR out of spite to sell PGS MQs that they got from natural VS spawns (/s)

This is the last piece that many folks need both inside and outside my guild, so I hope things get figured out soon-ish [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
