I would recommend selling the FBSS and buying as many +HP items as you can.

Higher HP helps soloing and grouping.

When solo you can BW to a higher amount and getting to a place where you are fighting exp mobs that you can take at half HP is the path to fast leveling.

Dire wolf hide cloak
Earring of Essence
Black Sapphire items
Tar Goo Strands

All good cheapish items depending on the server.

I would always recommend monks go for any other haste item rather than Silver Chitin Hand Wraps because if/when you get your Celestial Fists then you have to find another haste item if you haven't already

go on a sky raid or two to bank the rot belt for emergency worn haste ready for after upgrading schw to epic.

It takes a trivial amount of effort to exchange your SCHW for another haste item when the time comes. It's not like you log in one day and randomly have epic either, you'll know when its about to happen.
