NPC Spawn Issue: Divine Might, Simon Aldicott spawn point

wayback 2004 (pre commons revamp) you can see his picture shows zytl's current spawn point and not his current one
you can see the land he's standing on and how it changes into the water, and the direction the picture is taken (note the sand dunes across the lake) - which matches up with where zytl stands now

current day picture (dated 2007) after commons revamp (I guess I don't really know), showing him in his current (wrong) spawn point
the tortured revenant is the triggered mob which spawns right there, so I assume the picture was taken near simon.
