Pulling dragons to zone in was hands down most fun i personally had on P99. UN ruined it all, throw all the cry baby manipulation and lawyering... talking miles around a question and answering nothing... acting like you dont kno about rules... Rip. p99 got soft like the rest of the world.

Because I wasn't there for UN, but this whole institution got started essentially as a way to force top guilds to share pixels, when TMO had monolithic command of raid targets. Guess I thought that was what you were lamenting.
