Miscellaneous: Blood Sky Sapphire not dropping off EoV

Don't know if this got removed on accident but only 1 has ever dropped* on the server and it was off one of the first EoV kills a year ago.

EoV has been killed a boatload since then and we've seen every item it should drop except this piece.

Title is wrong btw, it's bloodysky (1 word)

*(unless i'm being trolled by TMO, but we've never had one drop for TR and killed EoV a ton)

bump. updated OP. this hasn't dropped in about a year as far as i can tell. that seems exceedingly rare or missing. we've gotten multiples of every other piece.
