You can use a AHK script for changing keybinds. Why would this not be allowed ?
i use one all the time when i am playing ...
a key for ZlizEQMap popup ... get my game window in the right position ... camera movement other keys ....start my little timer clock in the upper left corner ...

AHK is notoriously used to make simple pixel bots etc. Some MMOs/pservers have a blanket ban on it because of this regardless of use. I figure it's safer to ask first.
