If you're new, you have at least 5 years of grinding to do before you can do modern content.

Grinding you can't do without multiple accounts mind you.. mercs are not even enough to get through the core questline on your own and there are zero people doing this low end content.

Honestly would be interesting to case study for a psychology phd. I think it would provide opportunity to learn much about mental health and wellbeing, as well as where it goes wrong.
