Definatly NO ! Leveling is already faster then it was back in 1999, and pvp deaths are very minor exp loss.

If you want a hardcore PvP server, I think item loot rule should be on. You loot one item from that character's equipped gear or any item in their inventory. Last you may be able to loot one item from their alts and bank. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
