the soulcase is no drop, you put heart of kyrenna in it to get heart of the innocent. It's not like its a huge deal to get your sk to loot heart of kyrenna and get him to turn in the heart of the innocent to lhranc.

Alot of the epic can be MQed, I myself MQed 1 part of it. Obtaining the soulcase seems to be the exception.
