Or you could read my post instead of assuming I'm complaining how long it takes to camp something. Shit is Classic, why I am here. I'm saying the spawn is potentially broken.
Lord Grimrot's placeholder is the only putrid skeleton that is standing. It always carries a cute little rusty bastard sword. Respawn is approximately 180-220 minutes. This PH is not currently spawning as I have been at this camp for over 8 hours straight and not seen a single PH spawn. Ref: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=454
