there is a specific build of MQ2 plugins that not as many people had access to, but even those are 'outed' now since I turned in the nodelaythrow dll

They wouldn't admit this openly but its the only way that Rogean's statement has any validity. Just about every MQ2 plugin for p99 was written by abyss and posted on redguides. Check out his redcoin score on that site. That in and of itself tells you how many people are using things he made.

500 my ass. We saw his table on the database that showed everyone who had authenticated to use his hacks. A grand total of five people, including my test VM, had used it.

its all fun and games and also funny until that guy in the first posting gets punched in the face and gets his job fired and soon because some p1999 guys live next to him or around this area. then all will be like " oh we didnt meant to post actual rl infos - it was all meant funny"
either no rl infos at all or be liek 4chan here .
