Should get this addressed + guard assist in.

I love the server so far don't get me wrong, but I hope the P1999 quality/rep stays intact here. Staff neglect is like a cancer that spreads very rapidly and the playerbase will lose confidence quickly if they feel like nobody is listening (examples: the last VZTZ, my VZTZ, etc)
