Are you really using Vegas as a metric for whether or not you should vote? You're talking about a city that was basically controlled by the mob up until the mid 80s. Que the "government is the mob" comment.

Sorry man, but you can't vote for Sanders if he runs as an Independent. You just can't. The choice is between the lessor of two evils, not three evils or four evils or however many evils. My rule was always vote independent unless your in a swing state.

We had a term for the mob days and Goodman days -- "the good times". I don't even want to get into the ways tax money filled up our pockets back then, but rest assured I could write quite a blogpost on it. I never knew anyone seriously connected - that was just the environment every one of us was steeped in.

Unfortunately, our more modern local and federal pols have found the "play to angry browns you don't have to pay" model leaves a lot more printed money for subsidizing bankers and buying guided missiles than funding the old bread and circus. One look at Trump speaking and I know we can bring those circuses back.

This is just the most stunning example of how wrong you are. In what way do Bernie and Donald talk to people the same way? I've never heard Bernie turn on his television personality and call obese whores "disgusting animals" either.
