Except if you bothered to do any research at all on transsexuals you would know that this is a patently false argument brought up by bigots who wish to justify their position. Hence, no point in really trying to explain anything to him.

Sure there might be some confused people out there that feel this way, or start out feeling this way, but they typically don't actually transition or have GRS or do the hormones. Because it's to much of a commitment for them based on your premise. Those people aren't actually trans, thats another issue. It's not any different from a non-diabeic self diagnosing and demanding insulin. The trans label is not relevant at that point.

Also lets say 1% of the .03 percent trans population only some of which transition have that issue, it's not worth ruining thousands of lives every year, just because one individual is a moron and may throw their life away.

Because they would find another way to do it regardless.

I seriosly doubt any # of trans people legitimately even compares to the total # of males that actually recieve welfare.

When we live in a society where people like you are gatekeepers to a decent living wage in most places, well, you create a need for trans people to recieve help.

I'm a trans person, I gave a black vietnam vet 100$ for a hot meal and a hotel while he waited for an appointment for his cardiac problems and his pulmonary edema. Yeah the guy smelled of alchohal but I gave him the benifit of the doubt. I asked him to please just be safe and don't worry about giving anything in return. I did it because I'm honorable, and have integrity.

I believe in the equality of the sexes, or at least the equanimity, there shouldn't be legal in-equality (inequity?) among people. Everyone should be held to the same standard. Perhaps bar people who are mentally handicapped, and then those people are taken care of either legally by family (who are responsible) or by the state. Neither of which is ideal, as it's better for say someone with downs to be able to be independent in a job with people who are honorable enough to not exploit them. Which is possible.

But you see humanity is ugly (sometimes, mostly right now, it depends on your perspective). (I think your perspective is from your head up your ass)
