Yea yea....tell that to Alarti and Eccezan. You speak for your guild whether you want to or not. Are you the one that lost the water dragon shield you stole from us? Would make sense considering your angst
Please i dont spend DKP on droppable items i could buy if i wanted (ok once damn you shimmering amber). My angst is due to watching TMO members(along with other guilds but more % of TMO then any) be disrespectful and ignorant to people to get pixels or to just fuck someone over. Part of me doesnt like to just say TMO because you do have a handful of decent people but its just a handful of a very large guild. Doing what you want at the cost of others is not how people should play this game.

This is what I was thinking too. If we teamed up with, say, Divinity, and they trained the fuck out of everyone else and then conceded, we could just move in and scoop the loot while everyone else was on CR. Then two weeks later, epics start magically appearing on their toons. I'm not saying that's what happened here; I am saying that this 'its ok as long as we concede' only really applies if there are two guilds present.
Not exactly. It depends on the harm ultimately done. If the 3rd guild wipes or is very far behind, the train might only have a realistic impact between the trainer and the trainee. Withdrawing takes pressure off the trainee, and if the 3rd guild is far behind it can suffice as a remedy.

Just as you illustrate, intent and collusion are intervening factors that would exacerbate the punishment due to real culpability on the trainer's part.

TLDR: Withdrawal is sometimes an option in multiparty situations; it depends on the specific facts.

I see. So would that also apply to Taken, BDA, and Divinity trying to push around the smaller class r guilds by telling them if a mob spawns during "a blackout" hour and one of you three guilds were tracking it that it becomes your kill and whoever was up for rotation on said mob still goes back to the bottom of the rotation?

Fuckin hypocrite

You seem very rustled. Do you happen to have an officer in one of those small guilds, Asgard perhaps?

[Sun May 18 22:51:16 2014] Detoxx says out of character, 'this is omnia, im switching now'
[Sun May 18 22:53:39 2014] Omnia is an officer of Asgard.

I think I understand the rustle now.

You have to excuse Detoxx, we never accused him of intelligence.
