I think it has been a month cold turkey. Not played Q, but I look at the forum. I've tried watching some videos of game play and that helps me thru the yearning. It is so dull and mind numbing but I sometimes crave it.

Thats good. Back when I was healthy I would force myself to do something before logging on. I would limit my playtime to 30 min to an hour before requiring another task to complete. More often then not I would get up while meditating and get totally distracted by irl stuff. But I was abusing bupro.

I got really antisocial though because engaging in group activities broke my routine.
