I don't generally post in RnF but seeing as this thread is accusing me directly I figure I should respond.

I was already making my way down to Raster to check if he was camped when the announcement was made that he had spawned, so I said in OOC that I was on my way down to kill him and proceeded to run down there as fast as I could, dragging a decent size train with me.

Once I reached the room outside Raster I feigned and /q'd to drop agro. There was no-one in the room or Raster's room at the time.

Upon logging back in (~2 mins later) I saw a necro fighting 3-4 Minotaurs in the room outside Raster's room, so I ran in there, engaged him and killed him.

As per the poster above - it wasn't a kill steal, and it may be perceived as being bad mannered, but it was a race to a mob that had been announced in OOC and you had no claim to, especially given you weren't actually in Raster's room and hadn't engaged him.

It is also very dramatic to claim that you have wasted 30 hours when in reality you wasted 2 minutes at most.

when you got back in game the area was being cleared/camped. it was a KS.

I needed to clear a bit to avoid getting overwhelmed. I think it was pretty obvious what I was after just being there. Plus, I said "Dont you dare" before she even engaged.

How do you define the camp? There is the raster spawn in his own room, and there are ~ 4 mino spawns right next to that. You can't solo pull raster without getting at least 2 minos.

I was clearing the mino's that would have aggro'd with raster. It seems pretty undeniable to me that they are part of the camp if you can't pull the guy you're after without them aggroing.
