Good read. I wonder about 'Antonian' versus 'Antonican'. There is a continent called Antonica and there are Antonican Forges, but then there are 'Antonian' javelins. Is the latter a typo by the devs?

Nice blog. Although the Thornstinger from sky at 12/19 has a better ratio than the RSS as well. It's mainhand only though so you have to swap it with your epic between backstabs. Good read though.

Enjoyed the post. Glaive of Marltek and Obtenebrate Short Sword are two additional weapons with descriptors that have this look (as well as the correct item icon). "Glaive" does not seem appropriate for this weapon graphic, either.

If it's a typo, then it's a classic typo. It was live too.

Both words are, of course, from Antonius Bayle. Maybe "Anotnian" has more to do with the person than the place.

Cool blog tho.

Antonia refers to the royalty, Antonica the continent. People who live on Antonica are Antonicans, people who are descended from Antonia / Antonius Bayle and the like are Antonians. They were a heavy part of the beginning EQ2 lore but also in EQ1.

Just to further prove that these models were designed and available in Kunark. Those are all sequence in dragitem20.tga which is the very first set of Kunark icons.
